Labels & Organization

Use labels to categorize your content. A label is a color paired with a name, and appears in the interface as a theme.

Creating Labels

Labels are picked — and created — from the Theme field in the post editor:

1. Open the theme dropdown and pick one of the presets, or choose Create Custom Theme
2. For a custom theme, pick a color and enter a theme name
3. The theme is stored in the workspace and offered again next time

Available Colors

Seven preset themes are offered in every workspace:

Custom themes you create appear in the dropdown alongside the presets.

Managing Labels

There is no separate management screen — labels are created as you use them, and each workspace has its own set.
